Timeline

Following conversations with stakeholders and a four-week public consultation, Costco and its consultants will review the feedback and then submit a planning application to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council in the summer.

Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council will then carry out their own consultation, and the final plans and other information will be available on the council’s website.

It is hoped the council will be able to make a decision by the end of 2026, with the aim of getting construction under way soon afterwards.
